SHIPPING POLICY

Pierre Entreprise currently ships physical products to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping options are confirmed at checkout.

We offer USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail where available. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipment details. You can review the shipping total before placing your order.

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment confirmation. Order preparation time is separate from the carrier's transit time. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer you the choice to accept a delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue a refund.

We will email your tracking information when your order ships.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the package has shipped.

For a delayed, missing, or damaged package, contact us with your order number and relevant details. For damage, please keep the packaging and provide photos if possible so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
